UPTOWN SWING COLLECTIVE is a friendly and inclusive community of hot jazz enthusiasts. We are passionate about creating intergenerational connections between musicians, dancers and toe tappers, by regularly providing live music in an accessible and welcoming space in the heart of New Westminster.

Monday evening swing dancing in New Westminster--there is so much to do and enjoy, this Monday.

6pm - Start your evening in the Uptown Plaza for some family-friendly live jazz music and dancing at Swingin' in the Park(let) Monday Aug 24 2026

7pm - Then, make your way to New Westminster's Royal City Swing, the longest operating weekly swing dance event in New Westminster. It is every Monday night at 7 pm to 10 pm.

* If you don't have time to do both events, then we encourage you to find out more about Royal City Swing in the Centennial Lodge in Queen's Park.
