Bisou Bisou travelled a long way from Montréal to Tórshavn, but when the opportunity to host a cocktail-paired tasting dinner with the two-Michelin starred restaurant .faroeislands presents itself, you accept with an emphatic OUI.

Le chef Poul Andrias Ziska dirige l’équipe du restaurant étoilé Michelin le plus isolé au monde, entremêlant les techniques des îles Féroé à une expérience culinaire moderne. Nous savions qu’il s’agissait d’un projet d’envergure, et Greg a éxecuté cette vision à la perfection !

That’s when Mike from (the lovely guy on the right) is hosting a pop-up at Bisou Bisou! Pendant leur première année d’opération, the award-winning team at Bar Glue has been nominated for several accolades and hosted pop ups alongside the best bars in the world (shout out Handshake Bar in Mexico City!).

Leur philosophie repose sur la communauté, l’inclusivité, un service décontracté mais attentif, et des boissons EXCEPTIONNELLES 👏. Their mission is to put Liverpool’s bar scene on the map, we’d say they’ve accomplished that. 😌

We are SO excited to announce that is crossing the pond for a Round Table and pop up!🎉

On Wednesday October 22nd, Mike from Bar Glue is going to give us the rundown on how to make your bar program accessible to your city - oui, that means teaching people how to drink 👏 more 👏delicious 👏things.

From 6pm- 9pm he’ll be behind the bar, giving you the best Liverpool experience here in Old Montreal. Open to everyone - if you can’t make it, tell a friend, xx.

Didn’t get a chance to visit Spain this year? No worries, neither did we. To make up for it, this Wednesday we’re bringing a taste of Madrid to the Old Port.

We’re hosting Alberto Martinez, owner of in Madrid for a seminar in the afternoon (take a second to RSVP at [email protected]), and we’ll round off the evening with a bar takeover from 5 till late.
