Spring has arrived at Hunter & Co.

We've dressed the table accordingly. Our new seasonal menu is a celebration of bold ingredients and quiet elegance: silky Burrata kissed with Calabrian chili and hot honey, Venison Tartare with cured egg yolk and crisp crostini, Salmon Carpaccio drizzled in burnt scallion oil atop a squid ink cracker, and the earthy comfort of Spring Pea & Mushroom Alfredo with morel and matsutake. Every dish is a moment worth slowing down for.

From Citrus-Cured Arctic Char Crudo and Braised Brisket Benny to Hunter Fried Chicken and Waffle and Strawberry Elderflower Pavlova — two or three courses, built for the occasion and the people who deserve them.
