Tomahawks are back this week! We’ve been patiently waiting & have some beautiful, 60 day dry aged, 44-48oz Tomahawks ready for service this week.

We recommend sharing, 3 guests for dinner, 2 guests with a hungry appetite, or 1 madman.

Come enjoy a Prohibition themed experience this Friday, October 9th, in collaboration with Galt Museum & Archives!

At 6pm, meet at The Galt for an exhibit tour of Dried Out: Prohibition in Alberta; led by Stephanie Laine Hamilton, PhD Candidate & Guest Curator of exhibit: A Smile in Every Bottle: Sicks Lethbridge Breweries Ltd.

After that, walk to Bourbon & Butter, to enjoy a late night, roaring 20’s speakeasy experience, complete with entry requiring a secret password, prohibition style dinner, all paired with delicious on brand cocktails.

October 9th, 2026 | 6pm-late

Tickets are $200, and include the tour, dinner, two cocktails! Evening limited to 38 guests! Get tickets now!

We’ve had so many requests for events lately & are very excited to announce our work with Galt Museum & Archives on a prohibition themed dinner! Start with taking in some history at the Galt Museum, then head down for a prohibition era dinner & cocktails!

Last week of this menu - we are really going to miss this menu, particularly the Braciole.

Pork loin stuff with herbs & ricotta, baked in pomodoro with pesto risotto. Very heartwarming, comforting & flavourful.
