Crispy, local baby potatoes, squeaky cheese curds, chorizo, bacon, fresh peppers, and jalapeños make the bed for two, perfectly poached eggs, finished off with his rich, house-made hollandaise sauce and balsamic drizzle! 🍳🥓🍹
