Trigo Food + Drink On a culinary adventure this Jan & Feb. Cambodian Tasting Menu runs Aug 21 - Dec 19, 2026 + NYE

We are about 1.5 hours from Swift Current and Moose Jaw, and about 2 hours from Regina. We offer Tasting Menus, featuring one country or international regions, approximately every 4-5 months. These Tasting Menus generally run between 5-10 courses where you will be able to experience dishes from that particular country or region. On most of our menus there will be some choices to be made (for example, we may have 4 main courses to choose from). We are only open Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00 p.m. We generally close during January and most of February. We offer unique dining experiences with an extensinve menus and accompanying Tasting Notes. We only have 7 tables in our restaurant and can accommodate approximately 20-28 people per weekend night. Larger groups are welcome. We are introducing a traditional Lasagne al Forno dish to our Take Away Menu. But before it officially goes on our menu we want you to taste it and provide us with your feedback.

This is Northern Italian lasagne done properly. Fresh homemade egg pasta sheets, rich long-simmered Bolognese ragu, creamy Mornay sauce. Uncomplicated. Unfussy. Just simple, quality ingredients layered into something that melts in your mouth.

Thanks to all for taste-testing our Tuscan Chicken Pasta last week. There were 17 of you, and your feedback was invaluable. We listened and made some changes. A little more sauce! Smaller chicken pieces! And some tweaking of the reheating instructions.

We are pleased to announce that we made a fresh batch, and it is now officially on our Take-Away menu (link in our bio). The dish weighs 700 grams and should feed 2 people.

A full list of ingredients, along with reheating instructions, will be provided when you pick up.

Most people don’t know where Cambodia is on the map. Little do they know, its cuisine is so good.

Turns out there’s a lot more to the story than most people know — ancient empires, the world’s oldest noodle (maybe), a pepper so good it’s protected like Ch*****ne.
