Once a month, we host an intimate supper club featuring a different theme and cuisine, with a thoughtfully curated 6-course dinner for $55 per person.

This month, we are bringing the farm to your table! Celebrating the incredible local farms and growers that make seasonal cooking so special. This menu will be built around what’s the freshest in our community and letting the ingredients lead the way.

Summer has arrived, and so has our newest menu 🌻

Inspired by the peak of the season, this collection celebrates bold flavours, vibrant colours, and the incredible ingredients being harvested right here in our region. Expect bright acidity, fragrant herbs, and unexpected flavour combinations that make our menu unique.

Because we make everything from scratch and work closely with local producers, some dishes may evolve throughout the season as the harvest changes.

This July Miss Bao Supper Club explores six distinct regions through six inspired tapas, each reflecting the traditions, ingredients, and culinary stories of its origin. From timeless classics to creative interpretations, every plate is carefully composed to transport you to a different corner of the world.

Complement your evening with our beautifully house-crafted sangrias, thoughtfully created to showcase unique flavours and seasonal inspirations.

This month, we‘re celebrating Canada Day with a menu inspired by iconic Canadian flavours! From Québec cretons and Montréal smoked meat to East Coast seafood and the beloved butter tart, we are taking a playful approach to some of Canada’s most recognizable dishes with a MISS BĀO twist.

Once a month, we host an intimate supper club featuring a different theme and cuisine, with a thoughtfully curated 6-course dinner for $55 per person.

This month, we are exploring an elevated take on Korean street food — familiar, comforting flavours reimagined through our lens. Think bold sauces, nostalgic snacks, sizzling street market energy, and refined plates designed for a slower, more intimate experience. A vegetarian menu option will also be available.

Join us on Wednesday, May 27th for a one-night-only dining experience. Seating is very limited, DM us to reserve your seat for this month’s supper club.
