WE ARE HIRING
We are seeking someone for a full-time customer service position. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, who will mesh well with our customers and staff. We are seeking long-term employment, and someone who is willing to grow with the company. This is not a short-term minimum wage job, and we don't treat it like one. We are looking for someone who v**es currently, and is willing to learn more and expand their skillset.

Prior va**ng experience/knowledge is an asset but not a necessity, we are happy to train and help you learn more. Cleanliness and organizational ability are also assets. Must be friendly, open and willing to learn. No prior education is required, this is an entry level position.

Hey all! Just a quick notice that we will be partially re-extending our hours. Starting today, we will be open again from 12pm to 8pm, 7 days a week.
We are still offering contactless order and delivery options

We're doing everything we can to stay open and keep our staff and customers safe during this pandemic. We are looking into as many options as we can to limit exposure. Disinfecting routines have increased drastically, juice sampling has been temporarily suspended, as well as our in-store menus. We are also no longer accepting cash at this time. Our full menu can still be viewed at any time at www.kovl.ca

Effective today, we will be temporarily limiting our store hours to 12pm - 6pm. We ask that everyone observes the social distancing measures the government has put into place, and at this time are only allowing 4 people in the store at a time. If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms we ask that you please do not come into the store. Send a friend or a loved one in for you.

If you feel unsafe entering public spaces during this time, you can call us at 250-312-1141 and we will meet you in the parking lot with your order.

Today is the last day to submit your response to the Va**ng Intentions Paper. Our government has to read every submission so it's important to get them in.

We need as many v**ers as possible to submit as well, the government NEEDS to hear from you our customers as to why these products are so important to you. Please be respectful but make your points clear.

IMPORTANT: Please take the time to read.

Va**ng is still under attack in BC, the Provincial government is currently considering sweeping legislation that will impact everything in the industry, and push a lot of people back to ci******es. While some concepts they are putting forward are a good step, many of them are flawed due to a lack of understanding in the industry. Some of the planned regulations are as follows:

-2mL capacity on all tanks / devices
-10mL max size for all e-juice bottles
-ban on 0mg option for e-juice, eliminating one of the most important steps in quitting for good
-20 mg/mL ni****ne limit
-Plain packaging law
-Most importantly, a heavy flavour ban, banning anything considered confectionery, dessert, soft drink, energy drink, etc. Not only in name, but actual flavor profile as well.

The BC government has already pushed through their 20% PST hike money-grab, it can't be allowed to go further.
They are accepting comments on the new legislation until January 24th, 2020 at 4:30 PM. A full summary of the proposed act can be read here:
