CBC just posted an article where the Associate Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, Hon Dipika Damerla is quoted as follows:
Damerla said her government would proceed with a ban on selling e-ci******es to minors beginning January 1, "but we will not be proceeding with the piece around where you can and cannot use electronic ci******es."
This means, at this point, va**ng will be allowed in V**e Shops after Jan 1st.
