Peter served as Head Chef at Quince Bistro and Noorden, and consulted on the opening of Little Sister. Little Sister was shortlisted for Enroute’s Best New Restaurant (2015), and named in The Globe and Mail’s Top Ten Best New Restaurants In Toronto (2014). Why 11th mile? it's been a long-standing joke at our house- a reference to the Scott Expedition. It's a terrific story, but it also serves as a metaphor for hospitality (or any job really): do a job correctly until it's done, or your previous efforts don't matter. In other words, don't leave them waiting for the check.
