We have partnered with Saskatchewan Snow Beef to bring you a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Executive Chef, Jeffry Rocha has curated a 4-course meal that features incredible cuts of Snow Beef, sure to delight your taste buds.

What is Wagyu Beef?
Not only does wagyu beef have higher levels of intra-muscular fat or marbling, but the meat texture is finer, resulting in a more flavoursome eating experience. A ‘super beef’ of sorts, wagyu is known for its marbled appearance and for being so tender it actually melts in your mouth. Saskatchewan Snow Beef is a cross between full blood Wagyu and Holstein to create the best marbled cuts of beef.
