☀️ A New Season at Atlas Café ☀️
This season, our kitchen is introducing a refreshed collection of menus shaped by the ingredients, people, and pace of summer on the Island. Guided by Chef Ryan, Sous Chef Alec, and the Atlas team, this evolution brings forward vibrant seasonal flavours, thoughtful cooking, and a renewed focus on quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality.
While some dishes are new, the heart of Atlas remains the same. Many long-time favourites are staying exactly where they belong, alongside fresh additions inspired by local producers, coastal ingredients, and the kind of meals meant to be shared slowly with friends, family, and community.
Our summer menus reflect where Atlas has been — and where we are thoughtfully headed. More intentional. More seasonal. More connected to the way we love to eat and gather here in the Comox Valley.
A few highlights from the new menus include:

~ New brunch dishes that bring together breakfast comfort and lunch-style freshness
~ Seasonal cocktails and spirit-free features inspired by Island fruit, gardens, tea, and botanicals
~ Refreshed evening plates designed for affordable date nights, shared tables, and relaxed evenings downtown
