Join us on Saturday, September 12 for the 3rd Annual Chef's Garden Party at The Malcolm Hotel, hosted by the culinary team from Stirling Grill & Lounge.

Spend the afternoon on our rooftop terrace enjoying an incredible lineup of chef-crafted small plates, a bartender competition, live music, and some of the best mountain views in Canmore.

From August 7 to 16, join us for a special three-course menu celebrating Alberta ingredients. Chef de Partie Caitlyn walks us through the menu, featuring Alberta trout, lamb, locally grown herbs and a dessert that brings together British inspiration and Alberta flavours.

Each course is also available with a thoughtfully selected wine pairing.
