An exceptional evening of fine dining and Cognac is coming to the Stirling.

Join us on October 7 at 6:30 p.m. for The Spirit of Cognac, a four-course dinner created by our Executive Chef and expertly paired with distinctive selections from Delamain Cognac.

Delamain’s ninth-generation owner will guide guests through each pairing, sharing the stories, traditions and craftsmanship behind one of France’s most prestigious Cognac houses.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner against the backdrop of the Canadian Rockies.
