Continuing our Meet the Senior Staff series, this is Matt, also known as Matty. You may not see him often since he usually stays in the kitchen, but he has been with us since day one. As our grill and sauce master, Matt is behind many of the dishes you enjoy. His love of rap music is matched only by his passion for cooking, so if you hear rap coming from the kitchen, you know he is in the zone. Matt’s quiet humour and caring nature, always looking out for his teammates, make him an invaluable part of our team. Matt’s drink of choice is none other than a rum and coke. Paige is one of our lead servers. Her preferred beverages include various styles of margaritas, ranging from mezcal-based to spicy options, as well as a chilled glass of Bachelder Chardonnay. Paige enjoys selecting indie music for dinner service if we let her, thus the song choice. She is often seen with an Arbonne fizz and is consistently recognised for her calm and steady presence.

Next up in our meet the senior staff series….

Come in tonight to taste two wines with Holly every Thursday is our mini wine tasting series 🍷🍷

Holly like Stefan has been with us since we opened for restaurant service in 2021. Holly wears a few hats with us, she is our sommelier and in charge of our wine program. Holly loves bubbles you will catch her sipping great Ontario bubbles, to champagne after shift. Holly will soothe the start of service by getting Stefan to listen to relaxing music thus the song choice. She is known to force the rest of the staff to swim during and post service in the winter and the summer.

We are open again this week for our regular summer hours after a well deserved rest for the team we are ready for the summer season! We will be doing a meet the senior team series starting here with Stefan.

Stefan started with us when we opened in 2021. He is our GM and bartender. He loves a good beer, a margarita and a Cuba libra is his favourite. He is also a DJ and is passionate about electronic music. Fun facts: he loves to garden some of the beautiful herbs and flowers you find on your drinks in the summer come from his garden and he is a big Drake fan thus the song choice🌹💐
