It’s been 4 1/2 years since The Birch closed its doors! I miss all my Birchers, though I still see familiar faces around Bowmanville and have great chats 😊 At this point, I will be selling off the entire contents of The Birch Bistro that have been sitting in storage since Jan 2019. I will post to this FB page items that I have to sell before I go to public selling sites. It will be an auction of sorts if there is multiple people interested in an item. Some of you know him as a cook at The Birch Bistro a few years back or as a local tattoo artist or as Shaun’s son (from The Bonfire Brothers) who also used to play at The Birch. Or as just an amazing guy!
