Warehouse Cafe Open Mic Hosted by R.A. Lautenschlager every Thursday from ~8:20pm to midnight. Outstanding musicians, audience, sound system. No cover and excellent prices.

Great sound system, attentive sound-man, some of the best musicians in SE NB and NW NS, with a very appreciative audience in a club with some of the best prices in the area. This is the place for playing or listening to live music you will find.

Presently planning on hosting an Acoustic Song Circle at the Old Warehouse Cafe & Lounge (Amherst, NS) tomorrow afternoon from 2-4pm. If you are in the area (NB/NS border and have an acoustic instrument and voice - stop by and join in or just listen to those playing in this laid-back acoustic session - no mics, amps, or speakers - with an exception for electric bass players.
