Starting 20/10, Fox Den is open every Tuesday, and I’ll be behind the bar.

But it’s not just the day you can be sure to find me there. It’s the day the most fun ideas get to come to life.

And, wait for it... the last Tuesday of the month is Pay Whatever You Feel night.

TEA TIME — A COCKTAIL & PASTRY TASTING EXPERIENCE

For one Sunday afternoon, Fox Den invites you to discover tea in a different way.

We’ve created a tasting experience built around tea, where each flavour is expressed through both a cocktail and a pastry.

What to expect:
• 5 half tea-cocktails
• 5 pastries by Mooky Bakery
• A guided tasting experience

Each pairing explores how tea, spirits and sweets interact — through aromas, textures and balance.

A light, surprising and relaxed moment, perfect for a Sunday afternoon.

Car-Free Sunday Lunch — Nocturlabe X Fox Den

For this year’s car-free Sunday, Nocturlabe and Fox Den are joining forces for one lunch spread across both spots, just steps from each other.

Nocturlabe takes care of the kitchen, Fox Den takes care of the bar — a slow Sunday built around good food, good drinks, and no cars in sight.

A fixed three-course menu — starter, main, dessert — each course paired with its own cocktail, crafted to match what’s on the plate.

Weather permitting, we’ll be out on the terrace, glass in hand and the street quiet for once. If not, we’ll move inside where it’s just as good.

We kick off together at 12:00 sharp, so come hungry and on time — the whole group starts as one.

Price: €69 per person

We’re renovating our atelier to create a beautiful space where you can host your private workshops and events. A raw, warm space: wood, deep blues, terracotta walls, and a long table built to sit around and celebrate any moment of your life.

🇬🇧 TROPICAL WEEK — MAY 21–24

Tropical Week is happening all around the world from May 18–24 with Planteray.

Because of the work currently happening at Life is Beautiful, we will join the celebration for four days only — from May 21–24.

For the occasion, we created a special menu built around tropical ingredients, but approached our way.

WORLD TOUR MENU — ETHIOPIA

World Tour menu — each cocktail is dedicated to a country.

Next stop: Ethiopia, through a rich and aromatic cocktail inspired by spice, honey w**e, and deep warming flavors.

RICH, SLIGHTLY SPICY & SMOKY — HONEY, BERBERE, AND PEATED WH**KY.

This cocktail takes inspiration from Ethiopian warmth and intensity, where spice, fermentation, and depth all come together.

Tej, a traditional Ethiopian honey w**e, brings floral sweetness, texture, and a slightly wild fermented character.

The berbere spice syrup adds warmth and complexity through a blend of spices commonly used in Ethiopian cuisine, bringing gentle heat without overwhelming the drink.

A touch of Laphroaig 10yo peated wh**ky introduces smoky depth and structure, while white chocolate liqueur softens the edges with roundness and richness.

Verjus keeps the cocktail lifted and balanced with fresh acidity.

Warm. Spiced. Deep — an Ethiopian-inspired cocktail built around intensity and comfort.
