We took some perfectly innocent ingredients, paired them in ways nobody asked for, and called it gastronomy.

There’s tea. There’s fruit. There’s botanicals. There’s probably something smoked for absolutely no reason.

Vermouth. Orange foam. That’s it.

We briefly considered adding 7 more ingredients…

But then we remembered that sometimes the simplest things slap.

Two ingredients. One glass. Zero PhD required.

New late-summer cocktail menu. 🍸

We could have just made drinks.

But no.

We had to pair ingredients, discuss mouthfeel, analyse aromatics, and give perfectly normal cocktails an identity crisis.

There’s tea. There’s fruit. There’s botanicals. There’s smoke.

At some point someone said, “This needs more complexity.”

So naturally, we added it.

A three-layered mocktail built around Opius Distillery Nigredo — balsamic on the nose, unfolding into rich aromas of coffee, toffee, and French oak. Blended with Madagascar vanilla and ginger-yuzu kombucha, and finished with dried fig.
