SILENT VOLCANO | Don't be fooled by the name.

You asked for it. So it's back ! Three distinctive rums come together: Bacardi Ocho, J.M Jardin Fruité and Clairin Communal.
Add Pimento Dram, golden falernum, black cherry bitters and an orange and lime cordial.

The result is an intense, exotic and beautifully spiced cocktail, with layers of flavour that gradually come to life.
Rich, complex and full of character.

One for rum enthusiasts, adventurous palates and anyone who enjoys a cocktail with a story to tell.

For the very first time, we're bringing hot tapas to the table!

Meet our crispy Japanese-style chicken, served with Marie's homemade miso-lime mayo, a cheeky dash of Dragon Reaper hot sauce, sesame seeds and crispy fried onions.

The sauce? Created by Marie Gaidgin Struglia.
The hot? Delivered by Shadow Reapers.
The pickles? Prepared by Marion.
The whole experience? Served with love by our amazing team. ❤️

Brussels, bourbon and a very good excuse to drink an Old Fashioned. 🥃

From October 9 to 18, we’re taking part in Elijah Craig Old Fashioned Week alongside four other Brussels addresses: Le Stoefer, Life Is Beautiful, Fox Den and Maison Poesy.

BXLPositive took a closer look at the event, the participating bars and the way each of us is making this classic our own.

We all love an Old Fashioned around here. Boozy, timeless, warm and beautifully simple. 🥃

But this Elijah Craig Old Fashioned Week feels a little like vacation for Marie.
Elijah Craig has become one of those holiday pours she happily comes back to, especially when rye and bourbon meet halfway. Add the flavor of her favorite cake into the equation and, well, we had to make a drink out of it.

Meet Allegra Allegria.
Elijah Craig Small Batch & Straight Rye, Angostura Bitters and Carrot Cake Syrup.

Alongside it, our classic Elijah Craig Old Fashioned.
