Un dessert qui a décidé de devenir un highball.

Saké Junmai, crème de riz, mangue, noix de coco et une bonne claque de calamansi.
Le tout clarifié jusqu’à obtenir une texture soyeuse, puis allongé au Perrier pour une finale fraîche et pétillante.

Crémeux sans être lourd.
Tropical sans tomber dans le cliché.
Sticky par son nom. Dangereux par nature. 🥭🥥🍚

Junmai sake, rice cream, ripe mango, coconut and a sharp hit of calamansi. Clarified until silky smooth, then finished with a splash of Perrier for a bright, sparkling lift.

Creamy without the weight.
