Grâce à son vitrail datant de la fin du 19e siècle, Antoine Pinto donne un nouveau cachet au magnifique Hôtel de la Poste. Le respect des espaces et des volumes parachève cette métamorphose du bâtiment qui, du statut de banque à la Belle Epoque, est aujourd'hui devenu un complexe universel accueillant à la fois un restaurant, un écailler, un bar à bières et un bar à cigares. oduits qui entrent dans la cuisine sont de la plus haute qualité et exclusivement d’origine belge. Pinto ne jure que par les produits belges, les préparations belges, les bières belges et, plus surprenant, les vins belges. Antoine Pinto heeft het prachtige Hôtel de la Poste met laat-19de-eeuwse glas-in-loodramen een geheel nieuwe bestemming gegeven. Zijn eerbied voor de ruimte en de volumes spreekt duidelijk uit de gedaantewisseling die het gebouw heeft ondergaan, van een bank in belle époquestijl tot een veelzijdig complex waarin een restaurant, een oesterbar, een bierbar en een rooksalon zijn ondergebracht. In Belga Queen zijn alle in de keuken gebruikte ingrediënten van de hoogste kwaliteit en uitsluitend van Belgische oorsprong. Pinto zweert bij Belgische producten, Belgische bereidingen, Belgische bieren en als klap op de vuurpijl, exclusieve wereldwijnen van Belgische wijnboeren. Antoine Pinto has given the superb Hôtel de la Poste with its entrance hall and late 19th century stained-glass windows, a complete new lease of life. The metamorphosis the building has undergone - from a bank in true belle époque style to a multifunctional complex housing a restaurant, an oyster bar, a beer bar and a cigar lounge - reveals clearly his respect for the original space and volumes. At Belga Queen, all products used in the creation of the stunning dishes are of the highest quality and come exclusively from Belgian sources. Pinto swears by Belgian ingredients, Belgian dishes, Belgian beers and, maybe more surprisingly, Belgian wines.
