WE ARE HIRING 🔍

The magic of UMI comes down to the crew behind the scenes. As we gear up for our Saturday blur.brussels residencies and a packed calendar with passionate promoters, we’re expanding our team.

If you’re passionate about nightlife, love hands-on event production, and want to help shape the future of Brussels clubbing culture, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for reliable, high-energy people across several roles:

Bar Team (Bartenders & Runners)
Door & Entrance Staff
Night Managers
Care Team (Experienced)
Light Technicians
Event & Sound Technicians

Whether you’ve been on the floor for years or are ready to bring your energy behind the scenes, 🔗 hit the link in our bio to check the roles and fill out the application form.

Let’s build this together. 🫂

We're looking for new faces to join the UMI Family! 💜

UMI is only as strong as the people who look after it. Behind the sound system and the lights, there is a small, dedicated team working to keep the floor moving and the energy high! ⚡

We’re looking for new heads who understand the weight of a warm welcome and the importance of a well-timed rhythm.

If you feel a connection to what we’re building and want to contribute your energy behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you! 👀

Apply now via our link in bio for each position 🔗

See you very soon 🫶
