Deux théories s’affrontent quant à l’origine de ce plat bourgeois et aujourd'hui familial. La première, celle de Noël Flantier, reporter, soutient que la blanquette n'était à l’origine qu'une manière d’apprêter des restes de rôti de veau avec une sauce blanche additionné de vin blanc et de verju

s puis découpé en morceaux que l’on fait dorer dans du saindoux. La seconde théorie, la nôtre, veut qu'une bonne blanquette se déguste sur des basses croustillantes, parmi les personnes les plus tendres et accompagnée de la crème des artistes underground émergent.e.s de Bruxelles et d'ailleurs. L'alliance entre la passion de la bass music et le goût prononcé pour la blanquette de veau qui vient régaler la capitale.

Pour Drapi, le DJing est un véritable terrain d’expérimentation sonore. Curieux et passionné, il explore depuis plus de dix ans les multiples facettes de la musique électronique, naviguant entre la drum & bass, la techno et le breakbeat avant de trouver dans la dubstep un terrain d’expression idéal. C’est dans cet univers qu’il affine son style, mêlant les sonorités et construisant des mashups inattendus pour repousser les limites du
mix traditionnel. Profondément ancré dans la scène
underground, Drapi développe au fil des années une culture musicale riche et une vision engagée de la musique électronique. En 2021, il fonde New Minds, un média numérique dédié à cette scène, où il partage sa passion à travers des articles, des investigations et des interviews d’artistes.
Sur scène, Drapi se distingue par une présence intense et une énergie communicative. Chaque set devient une expérience immersive où technique et créativité se rencontrent pour transformer le dancefloor en un moment de connexion
et d’intensité musicale.

Kara is one of the most exciting young names in drum and bass right now. Still in her twenties, she has already become one of the most in-demand emerging DJs in the scene, lighting up major stages including Tomorrowland, Let It Roll, Glastonbury, Boomtown, and performing internationally as far as New Zealand. Known for her high-energy sets and deep-rooted connection to the culture, Kara’s journey is only just getting started.
In 2024, she launched The Foundation — an independent label and event series rooted in her passion for jungle and drum and bass culture. More than just a music platform, The Foundation is a community-driven movement honouring the past, present, and future of the genre through forward-thinking releases and immersive events.
Through the label, Kara has taken The Foundation across the UK and beyond, hosting sold-out shows at XOYO, Melkweg Amsterdam, Ibiza, and Volks Brighton, alongside high-energy Foundation takeovers at Glastonbury, Boomtown, Boundary, Hospitality On The Beach, and on the legendary Valve Soundsystem.
This summer marks Kara’s debut releases on her own imprint, showcasing her signature blend of rolling rhythms, jungle foundations, classic influences, and modern dancefloor energy.
Whether behind the decks or in the studio, Kara continues to push boundaries with a clear mission: to bring people together through music and represent the unshakable spirit of drum and bass.

KŌMA is part of a new generation reshaping Brussels’ underground.
Rooted in ’90s hardcore lineage and UK club culture, his sound moves between breakbeat pressure, bass weight and cinematic electronica. Working primarily with hardware and dense sample manipulation, he builds textured, high-impact compositions that feel both physical and immersive, club music with an architectural sense of space.
Beyond the booth, KŌMA operates as a catalyst within his scene. In 2025, after 43 shows including the USB002 tour, he co-founded GIMIC Radio, a community platform
amplifying emerging voices across the electronic spectrum. Through his event series BREAXX, he actively channels UK club energy into Brussels and beyond.
In 2026, he shifts focus toward a live concert format, unveiling a more intimate and performance-driven side of his project in venues such as Botanique (Brussels) and La Boule Noire (Paris).

ENNL est un DJ français basé à Bruxelles, originaire de Strasbourg. Son univers sonore est à son image : multiple, hybride et sans frontières. Naviguant librement entre drill, trap, dubstep et UK Garage, il construit des sets imprévisibles où les genres se croisent et se répondent.
Issu d’une famille de musiciens, ENNL développe très tôt une sensibilité particulière pour les sonorités et les rythmes. Entre influences méditerranéennes, rythmiques urbaines et énergie UK, il façonne une identité musicale singulière, à la fois brute et immersive.
Chaque performance est pensée comme une expérience : un voyage où les ambiances évoluent, où les codes se mélangent, et où l’éclectisme devient le fil conducteur. Plonger dans un set de ENNL, c’est accepter de perdre ses repères pour mieux se laisser porter.

Trayzonne is a q***r artist who started producing in
2019 inspired by various EDM artists with an emphasis
on uplifting melodies and bouncy rhythms.
Heavily influenced by their gaming background they
started by making unique beats for rappers before
composing music for video games and exploring their
potential in various genres across different projects.
They started the art of mixing in 2024 and already
played many different genres across their mixes.
Adapting their playstyle to the crowd, their goal is to
have the people dancing and embarking on a true
musical journey with their high energy tracks and
memorable themes leaving the listener asking for the
next time!

VYRAX is a 27-year-old DJ and producer based in Brussels, Belgium. Fluent in French and Spanish, and comfortable in English, he moves forward with a strong
and defined artistic direction. Blending dubstep, hard techno and bass music, he is also the founder of Lotus Corp and Dubstep Belgium, actively contributing to the development and structuring of the
Belgian local scene. Known for focusing on energy, dynamics and progression rather than simply mixing tracks, WRAX designs immersive, powerful sets meant to be felt as much as they are
heard.

VYRAX est un DJ et producteur de 27 ans basé à Bruxelles, en Belgique. Bilingue français, espagnol et à l’aise en anglais, il évolue avec une direction artistique

Proud mom of Who’s That Girl? and co-mom of Drum N Babes concepts based in Liège, LAURAVIOLI brings her dynamic, boundary-pushing vision into the local club scene. Seamlessly weaving together UKG, bass music, drum n bass and Latin-infused rhythms, her sets are crafted for pure dancefloor energy, with a sprinkle of edits and guilty pleasures.
Her uncompromising dj style and ability to fuse diverse sounds make her a standout, and she broadens her sonic exploration with a bi-monthly residency on Gimic, a fresh Brussels radio station, where she dives into eclectic electronic sounds that might not typically find their way to the club.
Beyond the booth, she also organizes NighTalk, a cycle of thought-provoking conferences at Le Reflektor in Liège, creating a space for reflection around nightlife and music-related social issues within the local scene.
When she’s not behind the decks, Laura hosts “Dans l’Ombre du Club”, a monthly talk show on 48FM, where she delves into the hidden roles within the local club industry. Additionally, being born in a DJ family and passionate about this heritage, she’s also working on documenting this transmission by archiving her dad’s and godfather’s career and experiences in the local nightlife scene.
