🌕 Antar Nāad: Full Moon Sound Meditation with Swayambhu

Some sounds are heard.
Others ask us to listen within.

This full moon, Antar Nāad returns—
an intimate gathering of breath, sound and silence.

Here, we move gently through sound, listening into the spaces between—a fading note, a softening breath, the body receiving, and the stillness that remains.

🌿 The evening unfolds through:

— Chandra Bhedana · Lunar Breathwork
— Kabadshe Inner Sound Meditation
— Mudra Practice
— Music as Sonic Prayer
— Silence & Shared Reflection

Come with an open mind. Leave with something to think about.

A Thrilling Theatre Performance : CAFE DE VOLTE
Friday, September 18, 2026.
(1st show - 6:00pm | 2nd show - 8:00pm)

About the play:
In the quiet town of Kalikotha, where civility masks decay... one man dares to serve chaos on a silver plate.
Max D’Rozario, a Bengali Christian and extraordinarily gifted chef, takes control of the fates of four “honorable” citizens of Kalikotha Town at the grand opening of his restaurant, Café de Volte. Max seeks no revenge, nor does he yearn for justice. All we know is that his heart howls for a crusade.
In the restless tribunal that resides in our hearts, you have to bleed if you want to think. Welcome to Café de Volte. In this blood-soaked fable survive, if you can.

Please share if these words resonate with you.

To halt this blind expansion of those who cannot tolerate any difference of opinion, and to protect our collective future, rising against this destructive system and radically transforming it is the greatest demand of our time.
