Over the last 4 years or so, we've created almost 200 burger specials. With this weekend being the last weekend for Ounce Bar, we just had to pump out one of our all-time favourites for you!

Half throwback to our first ever burger special, half throwback to a killer burger that you've all been asking us to bring back.

We've kept it (somewhat) small and simple so you can still fit in one of our classic burgers as well.

We look forward to seeing you for one last grilling session and a few drinks to celebrate. Thanks for the memories, see you at the bar.

After nearly seven years of serving the highest quality cocktails, drams, burgers and memories at Ounce Bar, the time has come to toast the next chapter.

This Fridayโ€“Sunday, 25โ€“27 July, will be our final weekend of full service in Thebartonโ€”and weโ€™d love nothing more than to raise one last glass with you.

A special shout-out to Chef Elliott Kagi

Elliottโ€”creator of the burgers we all craveโ€”has accepted an amazing role with our great friends at Bank St Burger. From next week heโ€™ll be flipping his signature stacks there, and we couldnโ€™t be prouder. Make sure you pop in this weekend for one last Imperial Measures Disgrilling burger at Ounce Bar.
