Our gift to you: the recipe for the Maracuja Kiss — one of our most popular cocktails on the CWR list.⁠

🥃 45ml vodka⁠
🌸 25ml St-Germain elderflower⁠
🍋 15ml fresh lemon juice⁠
🍯 10ml simple syrup⁠
🥭 Pulp of 1 small passionfruit⁠

Shake hard with ice until the tin is frosted. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with mint.⁠

Old Vine Shiraz 2023: Plush, perfumed and pure: the Old Bastard's softer, silkier sibling.⁠

Alte Reben 2023: 126-year-old vines, dark fruit precision, polished tannins — old soul, bright spirit.⁠

Age of Light 2023: A rare 120 dozen of Bordeaux-clone Cabernet — Barossa's quiet showstopper.⁠

You might not have noticed, but we've been busy in the kitchen. 🍂⁠

A few quiet seasonal updates have made their way onto the menu, and while we're not ones to make a big fuss… we will make an exception for Chef Ken's Apple Tarte Tatin.⁠

Puff pastry. Caramelised apple. And a scoop of homemade Venetian vanilla ice cream that makes the whole thing absolutely worth saving room for.⁠

Autumn on a plate. Come try it. 🍎
