One night, one host. On Friday 17 July, Bruce Tyrrell AM joins us at Shutters for a five-course dinner with five wines from the Hunter Valley. ⁠

His family has made wine at Pokolbin since 1858, and he is the custodian of Vat 1 Semillon, one of the great white wines of the world. For one evening he brings five from the Winemaker's Selection to the coast, each matched to a course from our kitchen.⁠
