Tyrrell's of the Hunter Valley, on the list at Shutters through June.
Three wines, poured by the glass and available by the bottle. A late-disgorged Blanc de Blancs, the single-vineyard HVD Semillon, an estate Shiraz. Each one matched to a dish from the kitchen.
The family has made wine at Pokolbin since 1858. This month, three of those wines come to the coast.
