Our menu is Mediterranean by sensibility, Gold Coast in season – Mooloolaba prawns, Byron Bay tuna, citrus when it's right. Built around sharing. Most of it ends up in the middle of the table. Some of it never makes it round. Here's the five dishes we'd start with.
