Sydney springs a rainy evening on us, and suddenly the couch feels like a trap. 🌧️
Join us at Apéritif & Co. - the candles are lit, the mood is euro vibes, and on the menu is Tasmanian Cape Grim Black Angus Slow-roasted Beef Short Rib, melting off the bone into a rich, glossy demi-glace. 🍷🍖 Pair it with your favourite drop and suddenly a wet Sydney spring night feels exactly like a romantic evening in a hidden Parisian bistro.🍷
