After a lot of thought, I've made the incredibly difficult decision to put Bottlerocket Bar & Café up for sale.
When I first took over Bottlerocket, I truly believed it would be my forever. I poured my heart and soul into creating something special, and I never imagined I'd be writing a post like this.
Since being diagnosed with MS, my health has continued to decline, and it's getting to the point where it's becoming out of control. Running a business takes every spare minute and every bit of energy I have, and the reality is that I haven't been able to give my health the time and attention it desperately needs.
Bottlerocket has been so much more than just a business. It's been a place where friendships were made, celebrations were shared, and memories were created. I'm so proud of everything we've built and so grateful to every single person who has walked through our doors and supported us over the years.
As heartbreaking as this is, I know I need to put my health first before it's too late.
Now it's time for someone else to take the reins and continue our venture.
