We close out another successful year by acquiring an additional four premium residential developments.

Mason Square is a mixed use precinct marked by four distinct residential towers and delivering 1,300 private residences. The two stage development engages with Moonee Ponds vibrant and exciting street scape with ground floor retail, dining options and recreation facilities.

Arden Gardens is a vibrant, world-class building that showcases the rising trend of mixed-use property developments located in North Melbourne. We are pleased to announce that Theo Kontos has been appointed as the General Manager with effect from 1st July 2022.

Theo has an education background in Electronics and in his previous employment, brings over 20 years of experience occupying management / general manager positions at a large reputable corporate organisation.

Theo has been employed with FFM for 7 years where he was determined to understand our business from the ground up. He fulfilled various roles in Concierge and Building Management Services.

Recently, as our Business Development Manager he has been successful in generating new sales leads, negotiating client pricing and increasing revenue growth for our organisation.

Theo has a detailed understanding of our business and through his wealth of experience has our full support, in improving operational efficiencies, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer advocacy by implementing and executing effective strategies.

Focused Facilities Management is delighted to have partnered up with Chevron Apartments located on St Kilda Rd.
A major Melbourne institution, the Chevron Hotel, has now re-emerged as a vibrant building for the 21st century. Built in 1934, it is one of the few pre-war buildings remaining in St Kilda Road.

During its height, the hotel had international celebrities such as singer Frank Sinatra who stayed there while touring. Actress Ava Gardner was another prominent guest in 1959 while filming On The Beach and it was even the home to the Logie Awards in 1962 before it closed its doors in 2001 as a popular night club.

In 2006, it was given a new lease of life when it was refurbished to become the Chevron Green Apartments designed by Peddle Thorp.

Chevron comprises of two apartment buildings with 380 Residential Apartments and 14 Retail Lots. The recreational facilities at Chevron include a Gymnasium, Swimming Pool and BBQs surrounded by a densely canopied private garden.
