The 4th of July marks American Independence Day 🇺🇸 — and there’s no denying the influence America has had on bar culture.

Coal & Cedar itself draws heavily from the speakeasy bars of the Prohibition era, and we can thank the yanks for many of the cocktails still loved around the world today. Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, Whisky Sours, Tiki drinks, Tommy’s Margaritas… just to name a few.

So tonight we’re leaning into it with special boilermaker upgrades across all back bar bourbons and ryes.

Bold whiskies. Weak beers. As it should be 🍻
