Here's how it works at Cyan:
✔ Free Upstairs Lounge hire for up to 4½ hours, finishing at 10:30pm
✔ Three spaces to choose from: the Upstairs Lounge (up to 120 standing or 50 seated), the Back Bar & B**r Garden (25 to 65, semi-private) and the Main Bar (up to 50, best before the DJ starts at 9pm)
✔ Come and see it on a free 15-minute walk-through
✔ Tell us your date, rough guest numbers and the type of event, and we'll come back with options and a quote
✔ Choose your menu: food packages from $20pp, or all-in packages from $55pp (food plus a bar tab of basic b**r, w**e and spirits). We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests

Win your function money back, up to $1,000. For functions of 35+ guests. Book by 30 November for any date up to 31 January 2027.
