24ml White Oat Chilli Mango Gin
12ml Chalong Bay Lemongrass Cane Spirit
21ml Coconut & Lime Leaf Lillet Blanc
14ml Suze
8ml House Salted Thai Mango Puree
6ml Fresh Lime Juice
METHOD
Stir over ice 30 seconds (~20ml dilution)
Strain over fresh clear cubes
Garnish: Expressed kaffir lime leaf, chilli salt, Thai bullet chilli
Chilli mango heat, Lemongrass lift, Gentian bitter finish.
