We do Tuesday & Wednesday Steak Day, Weekday Lunch Specials, Happy Hours & Bottomless Lunch Club Saturdays and we love functions. Magic Mountain is open Tuesday to Saturday from 12pm til late. The menu blends both the Thai and Australian way of life that leads to a sense of informality in our way of eating. To complement the wood-fired grill menu, the sides will be refreshing, clean flavours reflecting a health conscious attitude.

RECIPE // 105ml Pour
24ml White Oat Chilli Mango Gin
12ml Chalong Bay Lemongrass Cane Spirit
21ml Coconut & Lime Leaf Lillet Blanc
14ml Suze
8ml House Salted Thai Mango Puree
6ml Fresh Lime Juice

METHOD
Stir over ice 30 seconds (~20ml dilution)
Strain over fresh clear cubes
Garnish: Expressed kaffir lime leaf, chilli salt, Thai bullet chilli

Chilli mango heat, Lemongrass lift, Gentian bitter finish.
