Tequila 3 parts
Freshly squeezed orange juice 6 parts
Grenadine 1 part

Add ice into a Collins glass.
Pour the tequila and orange juice over ice.
Stir gently to mix.
Pour grenadine to the glass. Grenadine will sink to the bottom and settle. Do not stir after adding grenadine.
Garnish with an orange slice if prefer.

30ml (1 oz) White Rum
15ml (1/2 oz) Dark Rum
20ml (2/3 oz) Heavy (double) cream
1 Teaspoon of Honey

Add ice into a cocktail shaker.
Add white rum, dark rum, heavy cream and honey.
Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Tip: Dissolve honey in white or dark rum before adding into the cocktail shaker. This will help honey to mix well with the rest of the ingredients.

30ml (1 oz) Midori
30ml (1 oz) Vodka
15ml (1/2 oz) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml (1/2 oz) Freshly squeezed lime juice
Club soda to top up
A wheels of lemon for garnishing

Fill half of a collins glass with ice.
Add Midori, vodka, lime juice and lemon juice.
Stir and add more ice to fill up to 2/3 of the glass.
Top up with club soda.
Garnish with the lemon wheel.

45ml (1.5 oz) Raspberry Vodka
25ml (3/4 oz) Irish Cream
25ml (3/4 oz) Coffee Liqueur
25ml (3/4 oz) Heavy Cream
Maraschino cherry for garnishing

Add ice into an old fashioned glass.
Add vodka, Irish cream, coffee liqueur and heavy cream.
Stir gently until all ingredients are mixed well.
Garnish with maraschino cherry.

50ml Vodka
200ml Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

Add ice in a highball glass.
Add vodka and grapefruit juice.
Stir gently.
Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit if prefer.

Note:
This cocktail can be made using gin too.
Add a tablespoon of simple syrup if prefer.
Also this cocktail can be made using the cocktail shaker.

90ml (3 oz) Brandy
15-30ml (1/2 to 1 oz) Simple syrup
60ml (2oz) Club soda
Garnishing
A slice of orange or lemon
Maraschino cherries

Filled 3/4rd of an old fashion glass with crushed ice.
Add brandy and simple syrup over ice.
Stir gently.
Top up with soda.
Garnish with an orange or lemon slice and cherries.

7.5ml (1/4 oz) Angostura Bitters
22.5ml (3/4 oz) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
30ml (1 oz) Simple syrup
Sparkling rose wine (chilled) to top up
Rose petals for garnishing (optional)

Add ice, bitters, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Top up with chilled sparkling rose wine.
Garnish with rose petals if prefer.

60ml Alizé Bleu
60ml Prosecco (chilled)
Soda water
A slice of lemon for garnishing

Add Prosecco first into a wine glass (or a balloon glass). Then add Alizé Bleu. This way Alizé Bleu won’t settle in the bottom of the glass.
Add ice, splash of soda water.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.

30ml (1 oz) Cognac
30ml (1 oz) Light Rum
30ml (1 oz) Triple sec
8.5ml (1/4 oz) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Garnishing
Flamed orange peel

Add cognac, rum, triple sec, lemon juice and ice into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnishing
Cut a swath of orange peel about 1 inch by 2 1/2 inches. (Thicker piece of peel is easier to extract oil.)
Light a match (or lighter) and hold several inches away from the cocktail.
Hold the orange peel coloured side towards the match and in 45 degree angle.
Wave the peel slowly over the match for a couple of seconds. This will help extracting oil easily.
Squeeze the orange peel over the match as oil pass through the flame and fall onto the drink’s surface.
If prefer rub the rim of the cocktail glass with the flamed side of the orange peel and drop the flamed peel into the drink.
