🥃 Single Malt- Virgin American Oak & Sherry, w/ Mushroom & Truffle arancini
🥃 Single Malt- Blood Orange Seasoned Oak, w/ Patè on focaccia
🥃 Single Malt- Spanish Oloroso, w/Cured Meats and Lavosh
🥃 Rye- Virgin American Oak & Ex Bourbon, w/ Smoked salmon on Cucumber
🥃 Wheat- Virgin American Oak, w/ Filipino Chicken

As a bonus for dessert we'll be pouring a Butterscotch Whisky Liqueur, paired with a Mini Creme Brulee
