On Sunday we celebrated our 4th birthday! It was made all the more special having S. Caica W**es travel up to join in on the celebrations and talk our ears off about his tasty vinos.

Spirit Spotlight 🥃

Bowmore 15yr Sherry Cask

First up, a renowned Islay wh***ey matured in bourbon casks and finished off in sherry casks. On the nose you get dried figs, prunes, cocoa and bitter orange. In the mouth, I’m a big fan of the subtle Islay peat, the spice and vanilla that comes from the bourbon cask.

I think it’s a phenomenal option for those who like a light peat, sweet and spicy Islay wh***ey without a ridiculously high ABV.
