1. Recently someone has asked me about what Pit rules will be e
nforced at Plague and although I trust you guys not to do anything too stupid I will briefly outlay some guidelines. Also, I expect everyone to adhere to Mosh Pit Etiquette, which is mostly just common sense but, but I'll give you the basics, just in case
Falling: If someone falls, help them up before they get injurded. You'd want people to do the same for you. Copping A Feel: IT'S WRONG! Don't do it! Hitting: Mosh Pits are not fights! If you start it, you'll get kicked out. Also, please try and keep it a little tame for the time being, at least until Plague really gets into the swing of things. I'd appreciate it and you guys will too 'cause we'll last along longer if the venue owners like us.
2. As I've said on a post for the event, Plague is a discrimination free event; Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, etc. WILL NOT be tolerated. Plague is a place for people to be themselves, drink, listen to good music and most importantly, to have fun. Ruining someone else's night because you have a different point of view isn't cool, it's a douche act. Most of you guys have probably been on the receiving end of this sh*t at some stage during your life and we all know it's not pleasant, so if you've got nothing nice to say, shut up and have another drink, lol. (that said, I know most of you guys and I admire the general respect our little community has for people, so I'm not really expecting any problems in this department)
That's pretty much all I have in the way of rules, stick to them and I'll be happy, the venue owners will be happy, which is also very important if you want Plague to stick around, and everyone should all have a blast! Also, we do not have live music AT THE MOMENT, I am working on it, please be paitient; it's not as easy as it sounds and it's damn expensive to get setup
