Congratulations everybody, you’ve successfully made it to the end of your week.
It’s Friday, the sun is shining (thank you Melbourne for actually deciding to Summer), and you deserve a rewarding beverage or seven from your favourite Friendly Neighbourhood Cocktail Bar.

This frothy little fun-time is the Vamos Gin Fizz
Using our new favourite juice, the mango-passion-pineapple Sunshine State gin from our pals at , coconut cream, citrus, soda and agave nectar; this is a classic Ramos Gin Fizz tweaked to be 100% vegan so that everyone can enjoy splice + Weiss bar boozy flavour without having to compromise!

Summer has decided to actually be summery this weekend so we’ve got a little slushie update happening.

Yeah.
Anyway.

We’ve given the perennial Melbourne favourite Frosé a fresh and fruity spin with Rosé paired with an acidulated rhubarb and apple nectar for that amazingly smashable apple pie cocktail vibe!

If frozen sips aren’t your kettle of fish (even though they absolutely should be) we’ve got a brace of new beverages on our freshly face-lifted cocktail menu, so treat yourself to an early start to the weekend and come on down to your Friendly Neighbourhood Cocktail Bar at 79 Gertrude Street from 4pm til 1am tonight, tomorrow and Saturday.

We’re stoked finally get our mits on a few bottles of this absolutely delicious liquid from our pals at

Sunshine State gin, inspired by the hot and tropical climate of Queensland, this juice marries juicy mango, pineapple and passionfruit with classic gin flavours of citrus and juniper.
We’ve been waiting a while to get a hold of this one and it’s going to be featured on our new cocktail list dropping next week so stay tuned 👀

The mercury is creeping up today and it’s feeling pretty tropical so swing on by everyone’s favourite Friendly Neighbourhood Cocktail Bar and have a taste.

It’s the weekend once again, and your Friendly Neighbourhood Cocktail Bar has got you covered with all of your end of week libation and hydration requirements, including this little sleeper hit that’s been on our menu for a couple of weeks now, The Cheeseboard Martini.

Triple cream blue cheese washed vodka, Americano, and an anchovy-stuffed olive.
Each sip of this is just like the perfect bite of a cheeseboard; fruity, savoury, intense and delicious.

Come on down to 79 Gertrude Street and wet your whistle with this or one of the many other delicious selections on offer (it’s definitely slushie weather again, just in time for the weekend).
We’re open now until late late (that’s 1am for everyone playing along at home), so come and get cheezy!
