Four wines you’d otherwise need a passport to taste.

A Salta Torrontés from vineyards at 1,900 metres — Argentina’s signature white, only really grows where the air is thin and the sun is brutal.
A Saurus Select Pinot Noir from Patagonia — GOLD at Mundus Vini 2026 — Argentina’s coolest, most elegant red.
A Rutini Encuentro Chardonnay from the Uco Valley — Mariano Di Paola, one of Decanter’s top 30 winemakers in the world.
A Perez Cruz Limited Edition Malbec COT from Maipo Alto — 93 points Tim Atkin, single-estate, hand-picked, tiny production.

They’re all on the new Rotating Cellar from Thursday. When the bottles run out, that’s it — these aren’t house pours, they’re allocations.

Mendoza taught me that wine isn’t a transaction — it’s a long conversation between the land, the maker, and whoever’s lucky enough to be at the table.
Estancia María is what happens when you stop apologising for being particular. Argentinian wines, properly poured, in a town that deserves more than another beer garden. No 200ml ghost pours. No discounting good bottles into the ground. Just the wine, the food, and a room that wants you to stay one more.
