We’ve been waiting for this moment.

Bar Hummingbird officially opens its doors today.

Born from a dream shared by Mark and Jo Brinkerhoff and shaped over many months, this space was created to be something truly special – an intimate place where conversation flows, cocktails are crafted with intention, and every detail invites you to slow down and stay a little longer.

We are incredibly grateful for the excitement and support leading up to this opening. It has meant more than we can say.

We do not take reservations and will be welcoming guests on a first come, first served basis. Bar Hummingbird was intentionally designed to feel intimate.

We appreciate your understanding as we thoughtfully welcome guests and bring the experience to life just as it was intended.
