Our 90min bottomless brunch is available every Saturday with seatings from 11am.

Enjoy bottomless cocktails, mocktails, Chandon (brut, rosé and garden spritz), smoothies and frappes plus a selection of brunch share plates and grazing menu.

Are you a bartender who truly understands the art of cocktail making?

The Broome Closet is Broome’s premier cocktail bar, and we’re searching for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our small but exceptional team.

This isn’t a role for someone whose experience is limited to pouring beers, wine or keg cocktails. We’re looking for someone with genuine mixology skills, who understands classic and contemporary cocktails, takes pride in technique, presentation and consistency, and genuinely loves the craft behind every drink.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team where everyone works together. That means you’ll need to be just as comfortable providing exceptional table service and supporting floor operations as you are behind the bar. The ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment is essential.

What we’re offering:
🍸 Up to (and potentially more than) 30 hours per week
🍸 Casual employment under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award – Level 3, including all applicable penalties and allowances
🍸 Primarily afternoon and evening shifts, with some Saturday morning work
🍸 The opportunity to work in one of regional Australia’s leading cocktail bars alongside a passionate, professional team

Meet our fabulous Pina Colada glass. We love them. Turns out so do some of you.

Since opening we have “lost” 14 of these along with around 80 other pieces of glassware and whilst the cost to replace ($25 each) is annoying, it is more annoying that we keep having insufficient glassware.

We understand that in the heat of the moment and after a few cocktails the lure of the glassware is irresistible.

These along with other glassware are probably now spread far and wide across Australia but if you happen to come across one, bring it in and we’ll shout you a classic cocktail (no questions asked) 🤣🤣 just let us check the CCTV footage first 🤣🤣

We love that you love our cocktails but please leave the glassware for someone else to use 😘
