We recently hosted an unforgettable night at Velveteen Rabbit — an exclusive culinary collaboration between our own head chef Kyle McNamara and guest chef Jack Stuart of Blume restaurant. 🌿🔥
This one-night-only event brought together two creative forces in the kitchen, with a beautifully curated menu that celebrated seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative technique. Each course was a true reflection of Jack and Kyle’s unique styles — and the synergy between them was undeniable.
A heartfelt thank you to Chef Jack Stuart and the Blume team for joining us, and to everyone who came out to experience the magic. Nights like these are what we live for.
