Our story
The Gin Dispensary is a gin bar and cellar door. We are located on Beach Road at the site of the former Beaumaris Hotel with views overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Our gin bar is open and airy, spread out across two levels with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Owned and operated by Chris and Fiona - "We wanted to ensure we created a bar that was comfortable and easy going for all who visit, a place where people can come and unwind".
A place perfectly suited for Friday night drinks or small group gatherings. A place where the drinks are fabulous and the atmosphere is enticing. We created the Gin Dispensary to share our passion for gin.
We stock some of the finest craft gins owned and produced not just locally, but from across Australia. To showcase some unique and delicate blends and highlight just how wonderful and versatile gin can be.
