My name is Donna and I am a qualified clinical counsellor and supervisor registered with PACFA and ACA. I work with adolescents and families, couples and individuals from a person-centred, strengths-based perspective. I have a particular interest studying trauma and I create a psychologically safe space to work with clients to help them understand internal and inter generational systems and build

an internal sense of control and power. I am passionate about seeing others journey towards a life worth living. I engage in face-to-face counselling sessions and online counselling. I believe that finances should not be a barrier to getting the support you want and I will negotiate the cost of sessions with you upon contact. As a supervisor i love to journey with supervises to support and encourage their own wellbeing and professional goals and see them reach the stars �
