Vetting for Couples or single Ladies usually entails meeting socially for a drink with 3 or 4 other new couples or for a social meet for Board Games or Card Games. 3 or 4 other members who are regular members will be there to assist the process we have. We are looking for specific traits and personality types but we are pretty flexible and welcoming. We want everyone to enjoy our Venue and Parties, as such we can be fussy on who attends and we have turned down specific people for various reasons but will make it clear on what issues we have in our messages AND importantly offer a chance at conflict resolution.
Single Men Vetting is done every 9 months and less than a third of Men pass the process, we have over 200 Men on the list currently and anticipate that we will get through that list by end of 2026 based on current Single Ladies Attendance rates. There is no shortcuts or "I am only in town for this Night" so let me in scenarios. Our Ga****ng Men we allow the ladies to pick who they wish to have attending so we can stretch past the current Single Male list for more men to attend.
Once you are vetted, your FetLife profile will list you as Vetted in Private Notes which can only be seen by our staff. It will provide us with your individual Membership Number, who you were Vetted by and when. We have Members who visit regularly from Interstate and even Internationally who have known our Venue owner since 2009. This Venue is his Passion Project and we ask you respect the venue, your fellow guests, the privacy we ask for on location and who else attends. Membership can be revoked for serious breaches, as the Owner was outed by another attendee of another Adelaide venue in 2020 with zero repercussions by the other venue.
Once you have secured tickets, our event is located near Blackwood with details provided day of the party(12 Noon) and we have ample onsite designated parking but for those Single Women or people getting lifts to the venue, we suggest Sheba(a Women drivers only run app like Uber) to get you to and from the event. The house is located in the bottom of a Valley, noise echoes a bit but our neighbours have so far been pretty good due to noise cancelling equipment we have invested in.
The venue has security cameras inside and in the public areas which are unplugged and/or 'capped' during our events. Security Cameras at the Entrance, on the driveway and on the parking areas that are for guest safety. We have a Scanner like you would use when entering a Pub or Club, to read your ID to prove you are members and verify the correct people are attending. The information taken is only accessible to Emergency Services if Police attend for a crime that you may have been involved in or for identifying you if an Ambulance is called.
At your first Event, one of our amazing Hosts will guide you through our 3 Storey Premises. All 15 of the easily accessible private play rooms are PIN Code externally locked. Room 16 on the top floor is usually reserved access and requires a Hosts PIN to visit 😅 If you wish to have private play, shut the door and enjoy yourself for up to 40 minutes before we ask you check by opening the door to confirm if anyone else is waiting to use your room. Your Lock will buzz at the 40 minutes mark and be quite annoying until you open the door to check outside. If you wish people to watch, open the door halfway and they must knock then ask if they can enter the room to watch otherwise they can watch from the hallway. If you open the door fully, you are inviting other people to knock and ask to join in on the room activities.
We have a large Donut Shaped Sauna that seats up to 50 people with one smaller 10 person Spa. Two 'pools', a large Sauna and a smaller Steam Room.
We introduced a Gazebo with Curtains into the middle of the Lazy River Pool late last Year. Some couples gave us Feedback that they enjoyed the Voyeurism and Exhibitionism of hearing other couples in Hotel rooms. This was our way of bringing this kink to life. As such our Gazebo has a curtained room arrangement for a fun experience of imagining what people are doing behind the Curtains. Especially for those people hearing the audible activities while floating around the Lazy River! 8 rooms are curtained in a 2 rooms back to back with 4 rooms on each side arrangement.
There is seating and tables across two floors with decks that have views of the City and Ocean. We ask you keep the premises clean, accept that excessive Alcohol voids consent and that illicit drugs are an immediate Ban. Hosts are there to ensure you all have a great time
Everyone who has attended our events, have always wanted to attend further events and that reputation shows in how we conduct our parties being sell outs with 250 odd people attending. We want you to enjoy yourself and the small group that we have heard propagating some easily proven untruths, all are connected to another venue or specific people who have been banned for various reasons despite never attending our venue. Send us what you have heard and we have all the verifiable evidence required for you to make up your own mind and allow you to wonder why they would say it, how can their version be easily disproven and have they verified this information with both parties or spreading it because they heard it from someone as gossip?
