ROLL FOR INITIATIVE X BAR PERIPHERAL
The mystery is now revealed.
This is a historic day for Bar Peripheral.
Not only it is our first bar takeover, there are only a few in the country that I would ever consider doing such a thing, but within the few, there is one that it would be an honor to invite behind the bar, and that is the one and only Yao Wong, co owner and operator of my most respected bar in all Australia, Elysian bar in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
Yao and I are thrilled to host an event after Bartender weekender is over, so we can focus on serving our local regulars and cocktail enthusiasts. Just like how Bar Peripheral usually operates which we serve bespoke cocktails, Yao will also do the same, but with a highly unorthodox and pseudo way of doing so, with an element of gamble and chance, by rolling the dice who gets to have more control over the direction of the drink.
This is not a ticketed event and all cocktails for the event will simply be charged by the number of drinks you’ve ordered, same price as usual. Although you do not need a deposit or payment to book, we highly recommend booking otherwise you will miss out one of the rarest opportunity to be served by who I believe is the best in the country, in the comfort of being in Adelaide.
