It comes with great sadness that we have to announce that The Basement has now officially ceased trading. We will NOT be re opening after Ramadan. The space that we all grew to love as the hotspot for original underground forward thinking electronic music has now been sold to new owners who will take over the space as of next week. We'd like to thank everyone who supported us and danced so freely and to our amazing promoters who put on truly ground breaking events like Secret Circle, Shibuya & GLITCH CLUB. Please keep in touch with our page as we will continue to release original Basement MIXCASTS from our resident promoters and DJs and keep you updated on popup Basement events around town hosted by Mais Musica (our founders).
