Tomorrow we welcome guest teacher Sophie Leurent who will lead Rhythm and Voice in Community from 8:00-8:30pm.

Join us for a sample of Sophie’s longer class she will hold at this year’s Dance Friday/Freedom Weekend before the dance.

Sophie's workshop is an invitation to release tension, realign body, mind, and spirit, and cultivate joy.

No experience is needed—just an open heart. This practice welcomes all, offering a space free from judgment where everyone can receive the benefits of movement. Through symbolic, easy, and repetitive gestures guided by the beat of live drumming, we tap into something deeper than words—a shared rhythm that unites us.

More than just a movement workshop, this is a space for healing and transformation.
