We're not dead yet!

I haven't heard back from The Duke so we are looking into a new venue with a couple of options in mind. We hope to have more details soon and something scheduled in the near future. Post (well still during) Covid has complicated a lot and the venue landscape has changed too.

That said if you know of a place you think we would be good at feel free to let us know. Better to have more options to look into than less.

An update on the state of things regarding La Chambre

We see La Chambre as our flagship event so we don't want to run a watered-down version of it. This means it will not return until Covid rules are relaxed to the point where people can dance again. Grant and I put a lot of work into it and would prefer to let it sit and weather the storm.

In the meantime, we are DJing at Enigma Bar at Midnight Asylum under Covid restrictions and NuBlood is still putting on events too.

Hopefully La Chambre will be back early 2021.

Third set I played at La Chambre in March 2020 at The Duke of York Hotel. People were requesting industrial all night so I saved it until the end. And of course I had the obligatory joke song to end the night on.

Second set I played at La Chambre in March 2020 at The Duke of York Hotel. Lots of requests peppered throughout this one and the "Dance to win the record" for Rapture. We gave away the door prize Cure album not long after I finished so it felt right ending with a song from it.

We have to cancel future events for now due to the pub and club closure law. We were planning one for May 8th which is the same weekend my son turns 18. Would have been nice to have it for him but the law is the law.

I have talked to The Duke and they do plan on re-opening when the closure is lifted. We will party then.

Until then my plan is to share mixcloud mixes and maybe do some virtual club videos. In fact I already have a mix to start things off.
